What usually goes wrong with a V10.
Most V10 problems come down to one of these four. Some you can check at home first.
Cutting out or pulsing
Pulsing usually means a blockage somewhere in the airflow. Check the bin, the filter and the wand first.
Short runtime
Batteries lose capacity with age, and boost mode and the motorised head use far more power. A worn battery is a common cause.
Cleaner head not spinning
Hair or debris wrapped around the brush bar can stop it. If it still won’t turn when clean, the head or its motor may need repair.
Weak suction
A dirty or damp filter, a packed cyclone or a blockage. Wash the filter and let it dry completely before refitting.

Why does my V10 keep cutting out?
The most common cause is a blockage, which makes the machine pulse or stop to protect itself. A worn battery or a fault in the head can also cause it. We’ll find out which.
Is a replacement battery or head included in the $95 service?
No. The $95 service covers servicing the machine. Replacement parts are quoted separately.
Can you collect my V10?
Yes. Pickup and return is $30 within about 15 km of the Melbourne CBD, or $125 together with the service. Check your suburb.
I’m outside Melbourne. Can I still use Dusti?
