How much is postage?
It depends on where you are and the size of the parcel. We confirm the cost with you before you send anything.
How should I pack it?
We’ll send you packing instructions when you get in touch. Include the charger if the fault is about charging.
Are parts included in the $95?
No. The service covers servicing the machine. Replacement parts are quoted separately.
