My Dyson V11 screen shows a blockage. What do I do?
Switch it off, empty the bin, and check the wand, the cleaner head inlet and the brush bar for anything stuck. If the warning stays on with everything clear, book a service.
Can a Dyson V11 trigger be repaired?
In many cases, yes. Remember the V11 only runs while the trigger is held. If it won’t start or cuts out while held, book a service and we’ll check the trigger and the rest of the machine.
How long should a Dyson V11 run for?
Dyson rates the V11 at up to 60 minutes on its lowest mode with a non-motorised tool. Boost mode and the motorised head use far more power.
Why is my V11 losing suction?
Usually a dirty filter, a blockage or hair wrapped around the brush bar. Wash the filter, let it dry for 24 hours, and clear the airway. If that doesn’t fix it, it needs a service.
Is a replacement battery included in the $95 service?
No. The $95 service covers servicing the machine. Replacement parts such as batteries are quoted separately, before fitting.
Can you collect my V11, or can I post it?
Both. Pickup and return is $30 within about 15 km of the Melbourne CBD, or $125 with the service. Outside Melbourne, post it to us from anywhere in Australia.
