How long should a Dyson battery last?

Dyson does not define battery lifespan by a fixed number of years. Maintenance, storage and use affect it. Compare runtime under similar conditions before deciding it has deteriorated.

  • Use the everyday mode for normal cleaning; reserve Max or Boost for short intensive tasks.
  • Keep the vacuum away from extreme heat and direct sunlight.
